You expected the love. Nobody prepared you for the logistics.

3 AM and your baby won't settle. You can't remember the last time you showered. The fridge is empty because the meal train dried up two weeks ago. Your mom asked five times whether you're "producing enough" and you don't know how to answer. You're doing a wonderful job. You're also drowning in information you didn't ask for, while the one thing you actually need — a simple checklist, a place to write things down, a moment of calm — is the one thing nobody gave you.

😴

Sleep Deprivation

"Is my baby sleeping enough?" Track patterns, log wake times, spot trends. Know what normal actually looks like.

🍼

Feeding Anxiety

"How much should they eat? When? Why do they keep waking at night?" Log feeds, ease the worry, see the pattern.

📋

Mental Overload

"Which doctor's appointment is next? When does that growth checkup happen?" Track it all in one place.

34 Printables. 114 Pages. One Complete First-Year System.

Not just trackers — every printable comes with a full written guide explaining the how and the why.

Who Made This

Hi — I'm Aapt Dubey.

Father of twins, and the reason this kit exists.

My twins are seven now. But I remember the first months clearly, because everything happened twice, at once, usually at 3am — the feeds, the diapers, the appointments, and the constant question of whether any of it was normal.

We tracked what we could on scraps of paper and half-finished phone notes, and lost most of it by the time anyone asked. What I kept wishing for was something already thought through: a page to fill in, and a short, plain explanation of what the numbers on it actually meant.

So I built it afterwards — first for family and for friends who were expecting. The response that stayed with me came from a few of them, who said they wished they'd had it the first time round. It would have made those months considerably easier.

I'm not a doctor, a midwife, or a lactation consultant, and this kit doesn't pretend otherwise. What I can offer is the version I needed and didn't have: the research already done, the pages already designed, the thinking already finished. So you spend less of the newborn stretch organizing it — and more of it actually with your baby.

Where the Guidance Comes From

The trackers are blank pages until something tells you what to write on them. Here's what the written guides are built on, and what they deliberately are not.

Built on published public-health guidance

The safe-sleep reference follows the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) safe-sleep basics. The milk-storage tables come from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Breast Milk Storage and Preparation guidance, cited by name on the page it appears on. Where a guide states a rule, that rule is traceable.

Written to be used at 3am, not studied

Every one of the 34 printables pairs a page you fill in with a plain-language guide behind it: what to record, what the pattern usually means, and when it's worth mentioning to your pediatrician. No jargon, no 40-page preamble before the part you need.

What this is not

It is not medical advice, not a diagnostic tool, and not a substitute for your doctor, midwife, health visitor or pediatrician. It does not know your baby. Where a topic is genuinely clinical — mood, feeding volumes, growth — the guides point you back to a professional rather than pretending to answer.

A note on health topics: newborn feeding, sleep and postpartum mood are areas where guidance changes and individual circumstances matter enormously. Treat these pages as organised information and a record to bring to appointments — not as a source of clinical decisions. Read the full medical disclaimer.

Every Tracker Comes With a Guide. That Changes Everything.

Most baby printables give you a blank table and send you to Google. This kit doesn't. Every single one of the 34 printables has two parts: the printable page you use, and a full written guide behind it explaining the how, the why, and what to do when things don't go to plan.

Typical Printable

Blank tables and empty checklists. You're left to figure out the rest on your own, scrolling through conflicting advice at 2 AM.

This Kit

Every tracker paired with a comprehensive guide. The feeding tracker comes with a complete newborn feeding guide. The mood check-in comes with postpartum support resources. That's 114 pages of real help.

Questions From Moms Who've Been Here

What's included in the New Mom Survival Kit?

34 printable PDFs covering everything from hospital bag preparation to first-year milestone tracking, plus 5 bonus printables. The kit includes 24 main printables across five categories (Prep & Arrival, Newborn Survival, Postpartum & Recovery, First Year & Keepsakes, and Mom Life), 5 bonus printables, plus a 5-printable Starting Solids Kit, and each printable comes with a full written guide. That's 114 pages total.

How do I access the files after purchase?

Instantly. After checkout, your download link appears on the confirmation screen and is emailed to you. Download the ZIP file, unzip it, and open the folder for your paper size (US Letter or A4). All files are yours to keep.

What paper sizes are supported?

Both US Letter (8.5 x 11 inches) and A4. The kit comes with two complete folders — one formatted for each size. Nothing gets cut off regardless of where you are.

Can I print the pages more than once?

Yes, absolutely. Once you purchase, you own the files. Print the trackers as many times as you need for as long as you need them.

Do I need any special software?

No. The files are standard PDFs. We recommend Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) for the cleanest output. Print at "Actual Size" or 100% scale for best results.

Is this a physical product that ships?

No. This is a digital download. Nothing physical is shipped. You receive the files instantly after purchase and can print them at home.

Who is this kit designed for?

Expectant parents in their third trimester, new moms in the first year, and anyone buying a baby shower or new mom gift. It covers the full journey from packing the hospital bag to tracking baby's first birthday milestones.

Are the guides medical advice?

The guides share general, well-sourced information for planning and learning. They are not medical advice and do not replace your own doctor, midwife, or pediatrician. See the full medical disclaimer.

How does the checkout work?

We use Paddle as our payment processor — a secure platform used by thousands of digital product businesses. You can pay with credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

What if I have trouble with the files?

Message us before leaving a review — we'll always help. Common issues are usually fixable in under an hour. Reach out to support@newmomsurvivalkit.com.

Can I gift this to someone?

Yes — it's one of the most popular gift options for baby showers. After purchase, forward the download email to the recipient.

Are these printables editable or fillable in Canva?

No — these are print-ready PDFs, not editable Canva templates and not fillable forms. You print them and write on them by hand. If you specifically want a template you can retype in Canva or type into on screen, this printable bundle is not that, and we'd rather you know before you buy than ask for a refund after.

Does this work as a baby shower gift?

It's one of the most common reasons people buy it. Because it's an instant download, you can buy it the night before a shower and forward the download email to the mom-to-be, or print the Hospital Bag Checklist and Our Baby's Story keepsake and tuck them into a card. There's no shipping to wait for and nothing to wrap.

Is this useful for a first-time mom, or only a second baby?

It's built for a first-time mom in the third trimester who doesn't yet know what she'll need to track. That's why every tracker ships with a written guide — a blank newborn checklist assumes you already know what normal looks like. Second- and third-time moms tend to use it differently, printing just the postpartum planner, meal-train organizer and feeding tracker rather than the whole system.

What baby trackers are included?

The daily feeding tracker, diaper and sleep log, breastfeeding and pumping log with milk-storage guide, month-by-month milestone tracker, growth and appointments health log, baby clothing size tracker, and a baby budget tracker. Each one includes the written guide explaining what the numbers mean and when a pattern is worth mentioning to your pediatrician.

Does it cover starting solids and baby-led weaning?

Yes — a full Starting Solids Kit is included free: a first foods checklist covering 100 foods, an allergen introduction tracker, a food reactions and safety log, a teething guide with tooth tracker, and a daily solids feeding tracker. It works whether you're doing baby-led weaning, purees, or a mix of both.

Why pay for this when there are free printables everywhere?

Free printables are almost always a blank grid. This printable bundle pairs each tracker with a written guide — what to record, what the pattern usually means, and what to do when it stops working. Buying the equivalent individually on Etsy runs past $95; the whole system is $16.99, in both US Letter and A4, yours to reprint forever.

What's your refund policy?

Since this is a digital product with instant access, we don't offer refunds once files have been downloaded — the full refund & delivery policy explains the detail. If you have a problem, reach out first — we'll make it right.

Your First Year Just Got a Little More Organized.
